Lancer – The Forgotten Prince. In the dark world of Eternal Darkness, Lancer's life takes a drastically different turn. Unlike his original self, a carefree and goofy prince, Lancer finds himself caught between the looming threat of his father’s tyranny and the unexpected kindness of the Lightners. King Spade, once ruthless but now twisted by an even darker force, has abandoned Lancer, seeing him as weak for showing kindness. The King, influenced by the encroaching Eternal Darkness, believes that only absolute strength can rule the Dark Worlds. Lancer, once adored by his father's subjects, is now seen as a disgrace—a relic of a past where joy and laughter still existed. One day, King Spade died to an unknown cause. The main suspect was Rouxls Kaard, who was reported dead the day after. After Lancer hears the information, Lancer attempts to avenge his father's death by murdering the lightners.
Attacks: Spade Spiral; Lancer summons spinning spade-shaped projectiles that swirl outward in a spiraling pattern before converging back toward the center. Players must weave between the gaps. If darkness > 20, the spades will be bigger. | GodSpeed; Lancer speeds across the battlefield in a zigzag pattern, leaving afterimages behind that explode into damaging shock. If darkness > 10, the move is faster. | Darkner Ride; Lancer hops onto his motorcycle ( a spooky, shadow-infused version of it) and charges forward. If dodged successfully, he crashes harmlessly into the wall, dazed. If darkness > 49, the bike leaves behind a shadowy trail that slows movement. | Staff Rage; Lancer slams his staff on the ground, leading to it exploding and spawning in several spades. | An end to all of this!: A fake attack! Lancer pretends to summon an unavoidable wave of spade-shaped energy, but instead, it fizzles out with a cartoon splat noise. If Kris attacks him after this move, he dodges with a smirk and says, "Whoa! Almost got me! But nah."
